The following screens show you the step by step process of connecting your accounting software to Invoice Tracker:
Step 1: Sign up for a free 30-day trial of Invoice Tracker
Step 2: Select your accounting software (we’ve used Xero as an example)
Step 3: When prompted login to your account (note if you’re already logged in on another screen this step will happen automatically)
Step 4: Authorize Invoice Tracker to access your account
Step 5: Once successfully connected this screen will appear – close screen
Step 6: Confirmation screen indicating the number of invoices synced from your accounting software to Invoice Tracker
Step 7: You will see this message screen asking you to verify your email, please go to your inbox and click on the verification link. NOTE: you will not be able to send emails from the application until you confirm your email address, this is to ensure no spam mail is being sent to your Clients.
Step 8: You will land on the Invoice page and be able to see your imported invoices, to get started select an invoice or batch of invoices and start a collection.
